Emergency Medical Services Committee
The EMS Committee is composed of individuals throughout New York State who not only are active volunteer firefighters, but also have experience in Emergency Medical Services. The EMS Committee offers training and education programs for the fire service, local communities and medical facilities as well. The EMS Committee ensures that the needs of New York’s Emergency Medical providers are recognized and fulfilled.
The EMS Committee is involved in a wide range of programs, including legislation, education and training, highlighted by the yearly EMS Seminar in Montour Falls, as well as the FASNY EMS Provider of the Year Award.
